This case arises out of an explosion and fire at a cold storage warehouse facility owned and operated by AmeriCold Logistics, LLC ("AmeriCold"). The explosion and fire, in turn, resulted from an accident that occurred as two employees of Alta Refrigeration, Inc. ("Alta"), assisted by an AmeriCold employee, attempted to reinstall a compressor engine in one of the engine rooms at the warehouse. The accident caused damages in excess of $17...
