Douglas Angus was indicted for rape, statutory rape, child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes, violation of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Following a jury trial, he was convicted on all counts except for the drug charge and sentenced to serve 40 years in prison.
