This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Discipline filed by the State Bar against Respondent Sami Omar Malas, in which it recommends that Malas be disbarred for his violations of Rules 1.3, 1.4, 1.16(d), and 9.3 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct.
