L.E.N. was adjudicated delinquent in the Juvenile Court of Gilmer County based on a petition alleging disorderly conduct.1 The delinquency petition also alleged that L.E.N. disrupted a public school in violation of OCGA § 20-2-1181; however, the Juvenile Court dismissed that count of the petition.
