In this insurance coverage action, Video Warehouse, Inc. appeals a summary judgment awarded to Southern Trust Insurance Company ("Southern"), contending that a disputed issue of material fact existed as to whether two insurance policies excluded coverage for certain claims asserted against Video Warehouse.
