Following a jury trial, Lemanuel Robinson was convicted of burglary, two counts of kidnapping, three counts of armed robbery, two counts of possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, and giving a false name. He appeals now from the denial of his motion for new trial contending that the evidence was insufficient to support his convictions, the trial court permitted improper identification testimony and improperly charged the jury in violation...
