BERNES, Judge.
Following a jury trial, Robert Anthony Mosley appeals from his conviction on trafficking in cocaine. Mosley argues that the evidence was insufficient to support his conviction and that he received ineffective assistance of counsel. He further contends that the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial and in charging the jury on the legal theory of conspiracy. We find no reversible error and affirm.
