Byron Allison appeals his convictions on two counts of aggravated assault and one count of possession of a firearm during commission of a crime. He contends that after a state's witness testified that Allison had previously threatened to shoot her, the trial court erred in refusing to declare a mistrial or instruct the jury to disregard the witness's testimony.
