Larry Matthews appeals from his conviction for speeding and possession of methamphetamine in violation of OCGA § 16-13-30. Matthews contends that the trial court erred by: (1) denying his motion to suppress; (2) denying his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel; and (3) limiting its in camera review of juvenile records to prior adjudications of delinquency.
