Liem Nguyen was indicted for rape, incest, aggravated child molestation, and three counts of child molestation, based on acts committed against his stepdaughter, H.T. In 2004, a jury found him guilty of rape, incest, and two counts of child molestation, and not guilty of aggravated child molestation and one count of child molestation.
