Controlled Blasting, Inc. ("CBI"), appeals the order granting summary judgment to defendants Ricky E. Viars, Sr., Vanmar, Inc., and Camelot Retirement Community, Inc., in this third action CBI filed to recover monies due for work performed under a contract.
