Following the dismissal of her case against Speedee Cash of Georgia, Arber Marshall appeals, contending that the trial court erred in holding that a pawn transaction with a term of 30 days did not violate OCGA § 44-12-137(a)(7), which prohibits pawnbrokers from providing for a maturity date of less than one month.
