Edna M. Pittman died testate on June 19, 2001, survived by four daughters and several grandchildren, two of whom are mentioned in the will, Mary Lynette Ross Bunch and David Ross. Seven months prior to her death Pittman granted Bunch authority to transfer 18,691 shares of General Electric ("GE") stock to herself, which, Bunch claims, was a gift.
