Jeanne Saunders is the daughter of Thomas F. O'Connor and the stepdaughter of Claudine B. O'Connor. She and her husband, George Saunders, challenge the trial court's order granting M. Ashley Butler, Ph.D., as guardian of Claudine B. O'Connor, a temporary injunction in the declaratory action filed by Ms. Butler against the Saunderses and several other named defendants.1
