Telesur appeals the circuit court's nonfinal order denying Telesur's motion to dismiss DOT (SR), Inc.'s complaint for lack of personal jurisdiction. We reverse and remand because DOT (SR) failed to allege sufficient jurisdictional facts in its complaint to establish personal jurisdiction over Telesur pursuant to Florida's long-arm statute. See § 48.193, Fla. Stat. (2009).
