At the conclusion of lengthy commercial litigation involving multiple claims and counterclaims, both the appellants and the appellees sought the award of attorneys' fees. Ultimately, the trial court entered a $1.4 million-plus attorney's fee judgment in favor of appellees, awarded costs to appellees, and denied the appellants' motion for fees.
