The appellants, former unit owners at Ocean Beach Resort Condominium ("Condo"), seek to reverse the trial court's order involuntarily dismissing, with prejudice, their claims against Citizens Property Insurance Corporation ("Citizens") and vacating the order certifying the unit owners as a class, and to remand for a new trial.
