Before the Court is Defendants Medicalodges, Inc. and Medicalodges Nevada, LLC's motion to dismiss. (Doc. 9.) The motion is fully briefed. (Docs. 10, 14, 15.) For the reasons below, Defendants' motion to dismiss is DENIED.
