ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR PARTIAL SUMMARY JUDGMENT

This matter is before the court on the motion for partial summary judgment filed on behalf of defendant on August 30, 2022. (Doc. No. 21.) The pending motion was taken under submission on the papers.
