Presently before the Court is Plaintiff Madisyn Stauffer's Motion to Remand (Doc. 27) and Defendant Pathfinder Software, LLC's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 21). For the reasons set forth below, Plaintiff's Motion to Remand is GRANTED in part and DENIED in part.
