The court previously granted plaintiff's motion for summary judgment on its in rem claims against defendant B & B DREAMIN', Hull No. GMKD283C505 (the "Vessel") and found that plaintiff was entitled to foreclose on its security interest in the Vessel. ECF No. 161.
