Plaintiff Joe Hand Promotions, Inc. brought this lawsuit against defendants Club BTS, LLC, and its sole member, Steven Hiro Koda, asserting that they unlawfully intercepted broadcast signals transmitted by Joe Hand in violation of 47 U.S.C. §§ 553 or 605.
