MEMORANDUM OPINION

This admiralty action arises out of injuries plaintiff suffered during a May 19, 2012 boating excursion when the boat captain threw an object at and struck plaintiff in the head ("the May 2012 incident"). A bench trial was held on February 24, 2015 and February 25, 2015.
