This matter is presently before the Court pursuant to the submission of a Petition for a Writ of Habeas Corpus under Title 28 U.S.C. § 2254 [Doc. No. 1], by the Petitioner Audberto Egipciaco ("Petitioner"). For the reasons stated below, the Petition will be denied.
