This labor dispute is before the Court on the Rule 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss [9] filed by Defendants Levi Strauss and Company ("Levi Strauss"), Thomas Maratea, and Adrian Woodall. Having fully considered the premises, the Court finds that Defendants' Motion [9] is granted, and Gray's claims are dismissed, some with prejudice.
