On February 4, 2015, plaintiff's counsel filed a motion for approval of attorney's fees pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 406(b) seeking $4,961.75 in attorney's fees. (Doc. # 21). According to plaintiff's counsel, the Social Security Administration withheld $10,961.75 from the plaintiff's award of past due benefits for payment of attorney's fees which represents 25 percent of the past due benefits...
