I. INTRODUCTION

The plaintiff, AJZN, Inc. ("AJZN") filed this lawsuit against Defendants Donald Yu, Aerielle, LLC, Great American Life Insurance Company, Aerielle Technologies, Inc., Aerielle Acquisitions Corporation, and Aerielle IP Holdings, LLC (collectively, "the defendants") on June 28, 2012.
