This matter is before the Court for consideration of the Magistrate Judge's October 27, 2014 Report and Recommendation ("R&R") (ECF No. 22), the Commissioner's objections thereto (ECF No. 26), and Plaintiff's response to the Commissioner's objections (EF No. 28). For the reasons that follow, the Court OVERRULES the objections, ADOPTS the R&R,
