On September 26, 2014, the court granted defendants Cottonwood Financial Wisconsin, LLC, and Kohn Law Firm, S.C.'s motion to dismiss this case for lack of subject matter jurisdiction because the Rooker-Feldman doctrine bars plaintiff Kelli Jung's suit.
