Before the court for disposition is Defendant Krishna Mote's (hereinafter "defendant") motion1 under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 to vacate, set aside, or correct sentence. (Doc. 140). The matter has been fully briefed and is ripe for disposition. After careful consideration, the court finds that defendant is not entitled to relief and the motion will be denied.
