The United States Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia has now filed a motion for reduction of sentence pursuant to Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure 35(b). On August 2, 2010, the Court sentenced the Defendant to a total of eighty-two (82) months custody of the Bureau of Prisons. The Court also imposed a term ofthree (3) years supervised release, a $2,000 fine, and a $100 special assessment.
