Defendants Anna Tsirlina and Aleksandr Shusterman were convicted of perpetrating a visa fraud conspiracy. Shusterman pled guilty to one count of visa fraud conspiracy, and a jury later found Tsirlina guilty of one count of visa fraud conspiracy and ten counts of visa fraud. They were subsequently sentenced to terms of imprisonment of 24 months, and this Court required the Government to propose an...
