Defendants Anna Tsirlina and Aleksandr Shusterman were convicted of perpetrating a visa fraud conspiracy. Shusterman pled guilty to one count of visa fraud conspiracy, and a jury later found Tsirlina guilty of one count of visa fraud conspiracy and ten counts of visa fraud.
