I. Introduction

Plaintiff is a prisoner proceeding pro se with this civil rights action pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983. This action proceeds on the Second Amended Complaint (SAC) filed October 28, 2013 (ECF No. 102-1), which was ordered served on two additional defendants, for a total of eleven defendants. (See ECF Nos. 130 at 2-4; 143.)
