On June 10, 2013, the debtor, Michael Dilworth, filed a voluntary Chapter 11 bankruptcy petition. Wells Fargo Bank, acting by and through Hudson Americas, LLC (collectively, "Hudson"), moved for relief from the automatic stay. Bankruptcy Judge Pamela Pepper heard that motion on February 18, 2014, and rendered a decision denying the motion a day later. Hudson appealed that decision, the parties fully briefed the matter...
