This matter comes before the Court on the pro se petition of Byron Greene for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2254. Respondents have moved to dismiss the petition as timebarred pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2244, or, alternatively, as unexhausted.
