On May 14, 2014, the Court granted the Motion to Dismiss [Dkt. No. 23] and Motion for Summary Judgment [Dkt. No. 24] filed by Defendant Ronald Jesse Brackett d/b/a Brackett Construction Company ("Defendant") and dismissed the complaint of Plaintiff Patrocinio Avalos ("Plaintiff"). See Dkt. No. 58.
