This dispute arises from Defendant Sentinel's allegedly wrongful denial of Plaintiffs' insurance claims. In their second amended complaint, Plaintiffs assert claims for (1) breach of contract and (2) tortious breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing. (ECF No. 30, at 4-5).
