Intertek USA Inc. sued its competitor, AmSpec, LLC; its former employees, Jim Graca, Lisa Graca, and Melanie McMahon; and AmSpec officers Matthew Reilly and Malcolm Vella (collectively, "Defendants"), alleging, among other things, that Defendants misappropriated Intertek's trade secrets.
