This action comes before the Court on George A. Nardello's ("Debtor" or "Appellant") appeal from Bankruptcy Case No. 12-36287, in which the Bankruptcy Court issued an order on September 18, 2013 overruling Debtor's objection to the Trustee's Final Report and Account.
