This matter is before the Court pursuant to Sandusky Wellness Center, LLC's motion (Doc. No. 47) to reconsider the Court's order (Doc. No. 42) denying its motion for class certification. Upon review, the motion for reconsideration is denied as moot given the two decisions from the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit (Doc. Nos. 51, 52) vacating that same order.
