Defendant Edward Shane Smallwood ("Smallwood") is charged in a three-count indictment with knowingly possessing a firearm after a felony conviction, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g), and with two instances of knowingly impersonating a federal officer, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 912. [Doc. 14].
