On June 14, 2010, and subsequently on July 25, 2012, Petitioner Jose Roberto Mateo-Rivera ("Petitioner"), acting pro se, petitioned this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 ("Section 2255") to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence. The Government opposes both petitions. For the following reasons, the Petitions are DENIED.
