Plaintiff Robert Hernandez ("Plaintiff") appeals from the final decision of the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") denying his applications for Social Security disability benefits. The Court concludes that the ALJ did not err in failing to find that Plaintiff meets or equals a listing or in assessing Plaintiff's credibility.
