The defendant, a federal inmate proceeding pro se, filed a Motion to Vacate, Set Aside, or Correct Sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255, alleging that, based on evidence not presented at trial, he is actually innocent of the drug possession and firearm offenses on which he stands convicted. The defendant relies on the recent decisions in Descamps v. United States, 133 S.Ct. 2276
