MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Plaintiff James Snow filed a Third Amended Complaint against Defendants Michael Keegan and Dr. Young Kim (collectively, "Defendants"), pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 1983, alleging deliberate indifference to serious medical needs. Defendants have filed a Motion for Summary Judgment [78]. For the reasons set forth below, that Motion is granted.
