Mock guilty of one count of conspiracy to commit wire fraud and financial-institution fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1349, six counts of wire fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1343, and three counts of financial-institution fraud, 18 U.S.C. § 1344.
