Presently before the court is a motion to dismiss filed by defendants Gustavo Sanchez, Timothy Carlman, Dean Willett, Roger Tobar, Ira Hollingsworth, Joesph Lewis, Loren Chapulin, and Aaron Dicus ("defendants").
