OPINION AND ORDER1

Petitioner Tony Kimbro (hereinafter "Petitioner" or "Kimbro") initiated this action as a federal prisoner incarcerated at FCC-Coleman by filing a habeas corpus petition pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 (Doc. #1, Petition). Petitioner attaches a memorandum (Doc. #1 at 7-38) in support of his Petition.
