This cause comes before the Court on Plaintiff Larry Rumbough's ("Plaintiff") Objection (Doc. No. 43) to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation ("R&R") (Doc. No. 42) that Plaintiff's Motion for Relief from Judgment (Doc. No. 37) be denied.
