Plaintiff Hao Nguyen ("Plaintiff") appeals the Commissioner's final decision denying her application for disability insurance benefits. On appeal, the Court concludes that the Administrative Law Judge ("ALJ") erred in determining that Plaintiff was able to perform her past relevant work as an insurance sales agent and insurance rater.
